Spa-Level At Home Facial

Fall is here.

I know I know, I’m still holding onto sweet summer memories as well.
BUT, something that shouldn’t be holding onto those summer memories are our faces.

Dirt, grime and sun have had their fun. Now it’s time to lift those impurities and resurface our skin for a fresh, clean and glowing face this fall.

We’re busy, and maybe trying to budget {post summer fun, ugh}.
I’ve hand picked the best products so that you can create an at home facial to achieve that same spa-level result.

How to Create an At Home Facial:

Okay so transitioning seasons is rough on our skin {and our wellbeing, basically I need a patio all year round}.
Let’s get this at home facial party started.

+ First, Cleanse. I prefer with cleansing oil.
Check out everything cleansing oils here.

+ Second, pat dry.

+ Third, The Holy Grail.

The Microdelivery Peel

by Philosophy

FullSizeRender 7

Welcome to your at home facial.
So I’ve been using this system for years {AKA why mine has a different name on the bottle}.
Mom actually bought it for me unknowingly at Christmas in a Philosophy gift set cause uhmmm I LOVE Philosophy.

ANYWAYS, You get a) to feel like an esthetician and b) unBELIEVABLE results.
Your skin looks and feels tighter, completely cleansed, brighter and resurfaced.

They claim it is:
a two-step, in-home peel that resurfaces and rejuvenates sun-damaged, hyperpigmented and aging skin. what makes this next generation microdelivery peel so revolutionary is that unlike peels of the past that only exfoliated, this peel delivers peptides and vitamin c to the skin as it is being rapidly exfoliated. it is resurfacing and replenishing the skin at the same time, which is a new approach to skin rejuvenation, and best of all, it involves absolutely no downtime. {from www.philosophy.com}

And yes, it delivers. I highly suggest purchasing this product and please comment below if you love it or hate it!

+ Next, Serum.
I use Caudalie Vinoperfect Radiance Serum.
It feels and smells so good. Oh yeah and my skin looks amazeballs. It helps to reduce dark spots, even out skin tone and boost radiance ;)

+ Lastly I moisturize with Neutrogena oil-free non-comedogenic SPF 30 moisturizer.
My dermatologist LOVES Neutrogena. He is also a genius. He has taught me to search for any moisturizer that says “NON-COMEDOGENIC”. This literally means “WON’T CLOG PORES”. Voila.

boscia-sponge

PS, Okay I’ve heard FABULUXXE things about this Konjac Cleansing Sponge by Boscia. I’m ordering one in my next Sephora haul. I’ll keep you updated and let me know if you try it too.
Thanks GF.
