It’s Christmas party season and we need to start talking about our holiday beauty look. I blogged about this last year too. I LOVE holiday beauty.
I am ALL about the sparkly, ice princess highlight. Dewy, gorgeous glow for the Christmas season is FREAKIN’ PERFECT.
A festive red lip is also gorg but I am seriously feeling bold plum this year. I blogged about the bold lip trend a few weeks ago. Dior has a GORGEOUS line but really, any of your fav makeup lines will be carrying a dark and delicious bold plum or eggplant right now. GET IT.
On the eyes, I’m into the crisp black liner & big lashes or some smokey smudgey dark purple goodness. SO striking! The dark purple is a little different too.
ALSO, HINT. I am addicted to lining my bottom lid with gold liner. I use this NYX liner. It literally adds a twinkle to your eye.

PREP
+ skyn Hydro Cool Firming Eye Pads >> Can’t live without these. I pop them in my fridge and apply the morning after a rough night or before I start prepping for a Christmas get together. They are like a shot of espresso for your under eyes.
+ GoSMILE Whitening Pen >> OMG this whitening pen. REVOLUTIONARY. It’s a grab and go style teeth whitening product. I got it off Amazon.
+ Oribe Dry Texturzing Spray >> LOVELOVELOVE. This product has changed my life. I first bought it like serouisly 7 years ago at Holt Renfrew. Mom and I are OBSESSED.
FACE
+ Highlighter >> I’m talking about this more below. It’s forsure the main attraction for a holiday beauty look. Watts Up is SO good. Like a gold champagne tint and it’s definitely my ride and die highlight.
+ NARS Orgasm Blush >> A sparkly pink that brightens any room. I adore this color on every skin tone. Perfect during the holidays!! Or any time of year really.
+ Makeup Forever Full Cover concealer >> MY RIDE OR DIE. I actually love it even more than the it Cosmetics concealer. I SWEAR by this stuff. It does NOT budge, blends so well and is waterproof. Oh yeah, and covers EVERYTHING.
EYES
+ Gold NYX liner >> as mentioned above, NYX all the way.
+ Mascara >> I still love Dior Diorshow or else the L’Oreal’s Volumizing Superstar Mascara which is super budget friendly and seriously just as good as high end brands.
+ Gimme Brow >> So easy. So good.
+ NARS shimmery eyeshadow in Callisto >>I JUST thought about this one. NEED. Icy pink shimmery goodness. It’s an easy one to apply & blend or just wear it alone.
LIPS
+ Chanel Gloss in Scintillance >> CAN’T LIVE WITHOUT THIS. If you’ve been following along for awhile, you know this is legit in all my glam posts. I get a TON of compliments on this color too, ESPECIALLY during the holidays. It is SO gorgeous. Fleks of gold shimmer coat the lips and stay there.
+ NARS Velvet Lip Stick >> I’ve had this forever. Mine is in Baroque. These velvet sticks give the smoothest application and EASY to wear. Yes, it’s red and yes, I said easy to wear. Just please get one and you’ll understand me a bit better. I threw in this Burt’s Bees red gloss too it has such a pretty shimmer effect that I’ve been loving lately.
+ Dark Plum Lipstick >> K actually obsessed with Revlons super dark purple lipstick. Plus it’s like $8. UGH I forgot to photograph it. #eyeroll
HIGHLIGHT
DYINGGGGGG for Champagne Pop. My GF Rachelle has highlighting down to perfection and this is one of her favs. I have dry skin so the Cover FX custom highlight drops are on my list. I just ordered Moonlight. The glow is hands down my new fav. I still use Watts Up everyday but for a night out these drops are it. Rachelle {the babe pictured below} also introduced me to this one.
DON’T forget last years beauty tips too cause I still use them alllllll the time. Seriously.
