I’m not sure if I’ve ever shared this but I used to make chia seed pudding a lot. like… A LOT. Every day I’d have it as a mid morning snack at work. Well I just got back into it. Chia seeds can help stabilize your blood sugars so you aren’t hitting sugar highs and lows all day. Plus it’s SO good for keeping you feeling full. Just don’t over do it on the chia seeds in your recipes or it’ll turn into a hard ball. I’ve created my basic chia seed pudding below and you can alter it to your taste by adding ingredients.
