Okay girls. Stop what you’re doing right now. This is major. Maj. Or. Coconut oil. I swear by this stuff. Literally I use it on everything. Sunburns, hair mask, face mask, night time face lotion, makeup remover, eye cream, lip chap, and lastly… my food. There is something seriously magical about coconut oil and I am only upset that it took me 23 years to figure it out. My skin cleared up, my eyelashes thickened, my hair became healthier and I smelled like heaven. Coconut oil has antioxidant vitamin E, which is very protective for the skin. Paleo Chocolate Cookie

Good morning lovelies!!! All my Alberta hunnies already know, but the past week was Calgary Stampede. Well I was lucky enough to have a few of my besties come down for the shenanigans. Let’s just say we… survived. BUT I strongly believe we may not have made it without these Paleo Chocolate Cookies. Health Kick

Hello Beautiful. This post is a bit lengthy. My apologies. But let’s talk healthy cooking + living. I love a lean toned bikini bod just as much as the next girl, but health is a HUGE thing for me. To me, skinny fat is not a thing. It should never be a ‘thing’. Health is extremely important {the inner RN is coming out}. I have learned a ton about healthy living throughout my four year degree, but I took it above and beyond the classroom.
