Slow Cooker Ribs

Hey there stranger

So I know we JUST featured a recipe a couple weekends ago. BUT, I couldn’t get over this weeks creation.
If you’re a meat lover like myself then you are going to NEED this recipe. Plus, it’s insanely simple. These are seriously unreal. The ribs are insanely tender. LITERALLY the meat falls off the bone.

Ingredients:

  • Pork Ribs
  • Seasoning Salt {I use Hys}
  • Your fav BBQ sauce {I used Bull’s Eye Honey Garlic Bonanza… partly cause I like the name but it was amazing as well}

Directions:

  1. Cut the pork rib rack into halves or thirds depending on the rib rack size.
  2. Season the ribs with seasoning salt on both sides.
  3. Align the rib rack portions vertically in the slow cooker with the meaty sides against the slow cooker sides and/or bottom.
  4. Pour your favourite BBQ sauce over the rib rack portions.
  5. Set the slow cooker for 7 hours on low and let the magic happen {Go shopping, head to the spa, kick back and relax}
  6. If you remember, at 6 hours ladle some of the BBQ sauce over the ribs and leave for the remainder of time.
  7. Cover an oven tray with foil and place a cooling rack on top.
  8. Place the rib portions on the rack and ladle a bit of sauce on top.
  9. Place under the broiler for 5 minutes.
  10. Take out and ENJOY

I can’t wait for you guys to try this recipe and let me know how it turns out!

For a side dish consider a mixed green salad or roasted cauliflower. Perfect pair for this deliciousness.

Until next week darling ;)
