CHIA SEED PUDDING

I’m not sure if I’ve ever shared this but I used to make chia seed pudding a lot. like… A LOT. Every day I’d have it as a mid morning snack at work. Well I just got back into it. Chia seeds can help stabilize your blood sugars so you aren’t hitting sugar highs and lows all day. Plus it’s SO good for keeping you feeling full. Just don’t over do it on the chia seeds in your recipes or it’ll turn into a hard ball. I’ve created my basic chia seed pudding below and you can alter it to your taste by adding ingredients. MINI TURKEY MEATLOAVES & DILL PICKLE SALAD

OHHHHH KKAAAAYYYYY Just a heads up, I made this last night and Adam told me it was “the best food I’ve ever made” I can’t talk up these recipes enough. If you like pickles…… THIS SALAD. OMG. I’m addicted. Plus, I made it in like 2 minutes it’s really the perfect weekday dinner. That also goes for the mini turkey meatloafs. Now I’m on a health kick so I used ground turkey but you can use lean ground beef or bison as well.  LET’S GET AT IT.   xxoo Drea Marie
