So get all my last minute Halloween tips and treats from last weeks post.
But today is different.
All those tricks & treats tonight are most likely going to throw a wicked spell on your diet/workout routine…
SO, I’m here with a easy peasy plan to make sure you don’t fall down the rabbit hole between Halloween and Christmas.
It’s not about being “skinny” or having to lose weight. The entire focus today is on health.

Well Lauryn & the Bombshell Body team has kicked my butt over the last few weeks {which I couldn’t be happier about..}
I am down 8 lbs total
AND feeling much more toned ALL OVER.
Let’s take into account that I am still indulging in cheat meals {#balance} but this program has clearly put some pep in my step.
The Workouts:
So there are two phases. Phase one {weeks 1-14} and Phase two {weeks 15-28}.
Each workout is 27 minutes long. Yes. That is it people. 27 whole minutes and you’re done.
This is my #1 reason I find this plan so sustainable… 27 minutes THREE TIMES A WEEK. If that’s not your thing, you can stick to the “Targeted Workout Plans” that are available. Also, this entire plan was developed to be done anywhere. So all you need is yourself and hand weights if you want them. I downloaded the plan onto my iPad + iPhone so I have it with me at all times.

I know it’s crazy amazing.
They are time based workouts which I have come to love. I find that I am constantly moving. The workouts are broken down into 10 exercises repeated 3 times. The exercises are a mix of pilates + barre + yoga + squats/pushups etc. You can also adjust with 2, 3 or 5 lb hand weights. They may read simple but I am not kidding after the 2nd round I am spending my minute rest sprawled out on the floor #truthbomb.

The Nutrition Plan:
Guess what. Last weekend I had pizza. Yup. And what’s even more shocking is that I’m still losing weight.
Lauryn has supplied me with endless amounts of low cal, healthy, TASTY recipes to fill my week with. This leaves me room to have my cheat meals and enjoy them too. You guys her recipes are unreal.
IN ADDITION, to the Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner, Snack & COCKTAIL recipes, there is a 24 week nutrition plan, 3 day cleanse, 7 day meal plan, supplements & ‘product spotlights’. I mean it really is all encompassing and I’m never left staring at my sad can of tuna wondering if this is it.
