There is one thing that I am loving lately. The Velvet trend. I have this infatuation with everything velvet. It started when I saw a photo of Gigi Hadid strutting the street in head to ankle denim and these FAB red pointed-toe mid-calf velvet boots. I mean. STATE. MENT. Right from Gigi’s feet and on to my Christmas wish list they went.   {photo cred}   But wait. Hello, good morning, how are we?! OMG, if you follow along on snap and IG you know I’m fighting off a MAJOR annoying cold right now. Story of my life. However, I have a cupboard full of tea thanks to DAVIDsTEA so I’m good. ONTO today’s topic… BOLD LIPS FOR FALL!!! Totally in. We saw it ALL over the runway for NYFW too. We’re now transitioning from a light, airy, summer vibe to that cozy, warm, sultry fall tone. I love both. Deep burgundy, full red, rich browns are all part of this falls lip wardrobe. UGH but all this pumpkin spice talk has me in a fall frenzy and I thought we would discuss what everyone is thinking…… how can we wear leggings without looking OVERLY basic? We’re all thinking it! Oh hello hello missy SO IT’S NYFW TIME AGAIN AND I’M SO OBSESSED. Doesn’t it seem like NYFW comes so quickly? Not complaining. I LOVE watching A listers push the style envelope.
