Maybe we’re still doing the whole denial thing. Eating that plate of grandma’s famous shortbread cookies or losing yourself in the Lindt chocolate bag is not a death sentence but you’re not fooling anyone sweetheart, cause I PERSONALLY am feeling the effects as well. We’re in this together.
I don’t believe in only eating bananas and steak for 7 days or drinking cayenne lemonade until you start to feel lightheaded. But this cleanse helps me feel better after a food-binge period. It’s important to eat a healthy, balanced diet ALL YEAR ROUND.

Davids Tea
Go and purchase the Detox tea and the Skinny tea. Have one cup of the Detox tea in the morning and one cup of the Skinny tea before bed.
- The Detox tea {low caffeine} restarts and restores your entire system. Ginger, juniper berry, lemongrass, ginkgo and green tea get right to work.
- The Skinny tea {low caffeine} is used after dinner to aid digestion. An infusion of pu’erh, oolong, ginger and eleuthero root will help you feel lighter and get a good nights rest {beauty sleep.. VERY important}.

Whatever it is that you decide to eat, keep it clean, lean and green. Zero added sugars/bullsh**, lean protein and include a ton of greens whenever you can.

Morning Smoothie Recipe
Try having this breakfast smoothie every day to help give your GI system a break while replenishing it with a TON of vitamins and minerals at the same time.
- 1 ripe banana
- 1 teaspoon of Spirulina OR a couple handfuls of fresh spinach
- Couple dashes of cinnamon
- Scoop of Whey Protein Isolate {I use LeanFit Vanilla}
- 1 tablespoon of Chia seeds
- Unsweetened dairy free milk {I use Silk Coconut}
- 2 ice cubes
Toss the first 6 ingredients into your blender. Fill the cup 3/4 full with whatever dairy free milk you’ve decided on. Blend. Once combined, toss in the 2 ice cubes and blend for an additional 30 seconds.
There ya go. Enjoy your vitamin enriched breakfast that won’t weigh you down. Incorporate it into your lifestyle for a healthy breakfast alternative.
